The LLC will engage in originating, acquiring, managing or selling loans secured by Deeds of trust secured by real or personal property located across the United States, with a primary focus in the States of Arizona and California. The LLC’s loans will not be guaranteed by any governmental agency, but may be guaranteed by affiliates and associates of the underlying borrowers. Members have the option of receiving cash dividends quarterly or having their share of cash credited to their capital accounts.
The Fund will provide strong Investor returns on safe, conservative Real Estate investments primarily in the state of Arizona. Our real estate secured loans are made to builders, developers, business entities and consumers.
Tradewinds Capital Fund II has a 9% preferred return allocation to its investors.
Profit Share returns kick in over that point, net returns will typically be in the 11-12% range.
